Huge Swimming Pool

The swimming pool at the Novotel is massive! It has basketball and volleyball nets, making it a great spot for active families. I spent hours lounging in and around the pool, enjoying refreshing cocktails from the swim-up bar!

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel during my stay in Phuket. The service was outstanding, especially from the Guest Relations team, who went above and beyond to make my family’s birthday celebration special. The pools were excellent, perfect for my kids, and the breakfast spread was delightful. The location was quite convenient, just a short walk to the beach and Bangla Road, though the walk from our room to the main area was a bit long. Overall, this hotel was well worth it for a family vacation.

The staff was always smiling and genuinely helpful, making us feel welcomed. While I enjoyed the breakfast variety, it could use an update to keep things fresh. The only downside was the mosquito issue and the harder bed in our room, but overall, the experience was quite enjoyable.
