a tender phuket escape
family hotel foam area dedicated staff thai greeting
this hotel offers a great family experience with many activities available. the pool has a dedicated foam play area for kids. the staff showed true dedication and always wear a smile. a little thai greeting goes a long way here.
the room got very bright early because the curtains did not block enough light. i definitely recommend bringing a sleep mask.

the hotel location is excellent. a convenience store sits directly across the street. the room was thoroughly cleaned daily. the kitchen staff were always kind and ready to help.

the hotel's central location made it easy to walk to many attractions. check-in was smooth, and i was recognized as a returning guest (which was a nice touch). my room, a beautiful king room, had a balcony and overlooked the pool. the pool was large and well kept.

The pool was large. It allowed swimming from one side of the hotel to the other. breakfast offered many choices and included a live egg station (i appreciated that!).
